I design a user experience between operator and expert for a company. UX design is a subtle task between experienced people, so it is very important as a designer to understand the problem and give solutions that make it easier to work fluently and not have to learn everything.
Problem: Remote communication
Research question: How to design the tools that can help the workflow?
Solution: With the help of augmented reality, the expert can guide the operator more quickly. Store the solution. Create videos for common problems.
Results: This design is complex to materialize, as a concept, the experts and the operators consulted were happy to test as an improved solution. Even so, it is necessary to improve security to prevent information leakage.
In this project, we were two students who participated. I design the user experience, the aesthetics, and the interaction in Adobe XD of the proposal. My partner uses the 3D model that I made in 3Ds Max to implement a part of the concept in Unity. The images used in the project are images from the company's official website and the case study is a fantasy case that arose after an interview with operators and experts.
