How to incorporate photographic media into a museum's history using augmented reality (AR) was the focus of our collaboration with Nordiska Museet, specifically exploring the theme of social media photography.
Our proposal aimed to bring to life the historical photographs of 20th-century Swedish society at the museum using AR. This approach allows visitors to access additional information about the number of people involved during that era, the vibrant colors of youth, the sounds of the streets, and the music that people enjoyed.

Additionally, visitors can contribute their own images to the collection, fostering an exhibition concept centered on multiculturalism.

I participated in various aspects of the project, from the initial idea to the design phase. Specifically, I created the design for a wall that represents the demographic trends of immigration and emigration to and from Sweden, featuring photographs corresponding to those time periods.

This design is represented in 3D and is visible in the photo above (I did the visualization).
